Amla is beneficial in many ways, from keeping the skin healthy to  boosting hair growth and immunity, but some people should avoid its  consumption.

Although Amla is considered good for digestion, but people who have the problem of hyper acidity should avoid its consumption.

Kidney Problem

People who have kidney stones or any other problem related to it should  avoid consuming Amla because high oxalate is found in it.

Low Blood Pressure

People whose blood pressure decreases should also avoid excessive consumption of Amla, otherwise the problem can become serious.

Low Blood Sugar

People's blood sugar decreases during the day, that too avoid eating  Amla, because it has properties to control high blood sugar.

Pregnancy And Breastfeeding

Women who are in the pregnancy phase or are breastfeeding should include  Amla in appropriate quantity in their diet only after consulting the  doctor.
